Owen Doyle Rodriguez, the son of Local 919 member and Hartford Stop & Shop employee Jeffrey Doyle, Natalya Gurdon, daughter of Local 371 member and Autumn Lake Healthcare Woodbridge member Gannel Gurdon, and Eric Loja, Local 371 member employed at Stop & Shop in New Fairfield, CT were all recipients of this year’s Robert Burke Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship will pay each student $2500 for up to 4 years of college.
Owen is attending the University of Hartford, Natalya is attending Franklin Pierce University, and Eric is attending Boston University. Congratulations to all three of these impressive students!
