On August 1, 2026, Keri Hoehne made history when she was elected to serve as the President of the UFCW New England Council, making her the first non-Local President and the first woman to hold the position.
The UFCW New England Council was chartered decades ago with the mission of coordinating the efforts of all UFCW Local Unions in New England on behalf of the common good of our members.
The New England Council locals work together to organize new members, bargain stronger, more unified contracts, and educate all members and the public at large about the value of a union.
Keri was honored to be nominated to the position by Local 919 President Mark Espinosa, who previously held the position for three terms.
