Your Local 371 negotiating committee comprised of your union leaders and your elected coworkers met again with Stop and Shop management this week.  We started off by discussing supply chain issues and the difficulties of doing your job without products to sell. 

We then continued to bargain over issues like store safety, hours of work, vacations and holidays, as well as issues related to your individual duties at work.  We have made progress, and will be presenting a comprehensive wage proposal next week that will push for fair compensation that recognizes and honors experience and dedication while also making Stop and Shop a competitive employer who can attract new workers.
