IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MEMBER OF LOCAL 371 UFCW

SEPTEMBER 9, 2010

Dear Members of Local 371, 

On Tuesday, September 7, 2010, the Local 371 UFCW Executive Board met its responsibility by filling the vacancy in the office of president brought about by the untimely death of Brian A. Petronella.  President Petronella died on August 6, 2010.

This action was in accordance with the UFCW International Union Constitution and the By Laws of Local 371.  The offices of Secretary-Treasurer and Executive Vice President were also determined.

The officers at Local 371 are as follow:

President - Thomas A. Wilkinson

Secretary-Treasurer - Ronald M. Petronella

Executive Vice President - Brian P. Truini
